Chief Human Resources Officer

Dan Nogal joined Chumash Enterprises in 2020, beginning in the position of Director of Human Resources and currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer.  He is responsible for supporting business needs through strategic and tactical leadership.  His expertise falls in the areas of benefits administration, compensation, employee relations, talent management and training.  Prior to joining Chumash Enterprises, Dan has held numerous key positions in the Human Resources field, working for renowned companies such as MGM and Las Vegas Sands. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration.
